The end of Lee Corso's voicemail greeting says "life is good".

The good news seems to be that Lee Corso is projected to return to ESPN's College GameDay on Sept. 5, 2009, live from Atlanta, for the Alabama- Virginia Tech game.

The ESPN college football analyst and stroke survivor turns 74 on Friday.

Corso donned his first mascot head on ESPN's GameDay broadcast on Oct. 5, 1996. Corso donned the Brutus head to predict an Ohio State Buckeyes win over Penn State.
